Photographs and memories...In the summer of 2001, I spent 3 weeks in California. Half that time was spent on Catalina Island, studying the intertidal zone, and the other half was on the tallship Robert C. Seamans, getting seasick (3 days.. ugh) and collecting data on the offshore waters. I shot four rolls of film in those three weeks, and while a lot of those are snapshots, some of them turned out better than I expected.
I had some trouble categorizing a few of the pictures.. A ship doesn't quite fit into Urban/Rural, or Nature, or anything else, really. I mean, the number of people who can walk out their front door and see a tallship is pretty low, and I get the feeling that's the sort of thing Urban/Rural is meant for. One shot got put in Scraps, because it's a bit more snapshot-y than the rest.
List of things that may or may not be done soon:
One gift art (a wedding present)
At least four pirate avatars
At least one crew artwork, possibly two (Komodo Dragons and Waterdragons)
Probably some personal work

Animal-sitting when everyone else is out of the house
Procrastinating being productive
...yeah, don't expect much while I'm happily being a pirate.
I decided it was about time to let everyone on the new Dragon Artists List know they are on there.
Its not a club and doesn't require you to do anything, its just an A-Z listing of deviantART members who create dragons. If you wish to be removed, just let me know and I'll take you off. If you have friends who want to be added, tell them to send me a comment or note
